Hospitality Ambassador / Server

About the role

We are hiring Hospitality Ambassadors/Servers for our Laurel Restaurant and Bistro Cafe. This position is part-time, 20–25 hours per week. The role includes an hourly wage plus an incentive program that can add up to $100 per week for part-time staff. Enjoy a steady schedule, consistent hours, and a reliable paycheck, with no late nights—the latest shift ends at 8:30 pm. The schedule is flexible, typically between 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of table service in the Laurel Restaurant or Bistro Cafe.
• Properly set tables and maintain wait stations in a neat and sanitary order.
• Take orders and provide quality customer service both graciously and courteously.
• Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service.
• Communicate effectively any and all menu selections, specials, and resident requests.
• Answer questions about menu items.
• Must be able to become TABC Certified, if not already.

Requirements

• Hospitality-oriented with a strong commitment to serving others in a caring and professional manner.
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is desired.
