Hospitality Aide
Job Summary
Hospitality aide is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at all times. Manage and maintain all public areas; the ambassador will be the point of contact for reception. This role is expected to be on-site five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
- Restock office, kitchen, and pantry supplies.
- Prepare and maintain conference rooms for executive and client meetings, align all furniture to ensure a welcoming look.
- Care for conference room setups for both new and ongoing meetings to ensure a seamless transition between sessions.
- Able to move & lift conference furniture up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure all trash is cleared at regular intervals of time.
- Maintain and report all maintenance related reports.
- Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting.
- Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a smile, and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction.
- Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants and other points of interest.
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of all office space to include open work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and printers. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with others in person, by phone, and via email. Knowledgeable about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants and other points of interest. Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Pay
$20-$24/hour
Schedule
On-site five days a week.
