Join our well-established team at Presbyterian Rust, consisting of 33.5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APP), supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator. Responsibilities
- Closed ICU – 10 beds with in-house pulmonary and critical care physicians available for support. Intensivists are there 24/7.
- Hospitalists respond to codes but are notified through cross coverage about rapids for your patients.
- Use of EPIC EMR and access to Sound Physicians internal informatics platform.
- Manageable workload and patient encounters.
Qualifications
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- Practicing physician preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. This is a 12-hour shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Pay
- Day Shift Rate: $1,829
- Night Shift Rate 1 (13.5 hours): $2,372.63
- Night Shift Rate 2 (12 hours): $2,109
- Daytime Base Pay: $334,000
- Eligible for RVU and Quality bonuses.
