Hospitalist - Level IV NICU

About the role

Provide inpatient obstetric care at a hospital with a level 4 NICU, managing high-risk antepartum patients, handling OB emergency department triage, and overseeing labor and delivery. Serve as backup for local midwife and private OBGYN groups to ensure comprehensive maternal care.

Schedule

Work 24-hour in-house shifts, approximately 7 per month (around 82 shifts annually). Join a collaborative and collegial team in an established practice setting with system-wide support.

• Clinical expertise in obstetrics
• Ability to manage high-risk pregnancies
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay & Benefits

Competitive annual salary between $315,975 and $378,297, potentially including incentives for productivity, quality, or extra shifts. Additional CME benefits provided.
