Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report. The Hospital Medicine Division at Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing, Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Daily rounding on patients
- Provide inpatient consults as requested
- Respond to code blues and rapid response team
- Assist ER during high flow episodes as allowed by primary duties
The MCHS-Red Wing hospital is a 50 bed hospital, comprised of 4 ICU beds, 4 OR rooms, and 12 ED exam rooms. The practice covers a service area of 50,000 and consists of sites located in Red Wing, Lake City, and Austin, MN. Schedule is comprised of 7 twelve-hour shifts on & 7 shifts off.
Qualifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for a Minnesota license

Pay
The minimum starting salary for specialties may range from $217,500 to $533,750. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
Schedule
Full Time, 80 hours per pay period. Schedule details as scheduled.
