Hospital Supply Chain & Central Distribution Manager
About the role
This position provides onsite leadership for Central Distribution operations at MarinHealth Medical Center as part of a Market Performance Partnership supporting the client.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the efficient receipt, inventory management, replenishment, and distribution of medical and surgical supplies throughout the hospital while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, infection prevention requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Serves as a key operational leader supporting patient care.
- Provides onsite leadership for approximately 20 union-represented employees including Material Clerks, Receiving Clerks, and Inventory Support Personnel.
- Uses Workday ERP and inventory management systems while overseeing receiving, inventory, replenishment, and distribution activities throughout the hospital.
- Works flexible hours of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Must Have Skills/Attributes: ERP, Healthcare, Inventory analysis, Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain
- Nice To Have Skills/Attributes: Workday Experience, Acute care hospital supply chain, materials management, or Central Distribution experience (5 yrs); Leadership experience managing hospital materials, inventory, receiving, or distribution teams (3 yrs); Inventory management, replenishment, receiving, and medical/surgical supply distribution (5 yrs); Experience supervising union-represented employees (2 yrs); Workday ERP or comparable healthcare inventory/materials management system experience (2 yrs)
Qualifications
- Required Experience: 5+ years supply chain/materials management experience, 3+ years leadership experience, Inventory management experience
- Preferred Experience: Acute care hospital supply chain leadership, Central Distribution management, union workforce supervision, surgical services support, Joint Commission readiness, Workday experience preferred

Pay
Min Hourly Rate($): 53.00
Max Hourly Rate($): 62.00
Schedule
Work hours are generally 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule flexibility is required based on operational needs.
