Hospital Services Clinical Manager

About the role

The Clinical Services Manager/Specialist will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing clinical policies and education materials; overseeing the quality management programs; and sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement clinical policies and education materials
• Monitor and ensure facility goals are met
• Share best practices that support quality management programs
• Assist in preceptor training programs and training of teammates, management, and patients

Requirements

• Dedication to caring for patients with chronic kidney failure
• A.D.N degree from an accredited school of nursing (B.S.N preferred)
• Current RN license in state of practice
• Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of nephrology experience
• Experience in researching, updating, and maintaining clinical policies and procedures
• Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel 50-75%
• Experience in teaching the adult learner with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms
• CNN or CDN certification within one year of hire or position change
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
