HOSPITAL RN

About the role

The Hospital RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' health needs and develops care plans accordingly.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors patients' conditions and reports significant changes to healthcare providers.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensures patient comfort and safety during procedures and treatments.

Requirements

• RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.

Pay

• Full-Time: 3 shifts/wk, plus every third weekend and holiday rotation.
• Part-Time: 2 shifts/wk, plus every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Schedule

• 3pm – 3am Full-Time: 3 shifts/wk, plus every third weekend and holiday rotation.
• 2 shifts/wk, plus every third weekend and holiday rotation.
