Hospital Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Overnight Coordinator is responsible for managing the operations during the overnight shift at UMass University Campus. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, handling emergencies, and maintaining communication with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations during overnight shifts
• Handle emergencies and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Maintain communication with nursing staff, housekeeping, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Coordinate with shift leaders and supervisors to ensure seamless transitions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel between locations)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.86 - $39.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The Overnight Coordinator works nights and weekends, rotating shifts to cover all necessary operations.
