Hospital Operations Coordinator

Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager, ensuring contracted metrics are met and assisting in team development for ASSET360 FTEs. Collaborate with HQC to maintain high equipment standards, oversee equipment flow, and allocate resources effectively. Manage inventory, equipment productivity, supplies, and support structures to uphold an efficient Asset Management Program. Address nursing staff concerns and implement improvement actions. Supervise HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, and corrective action plans. Develop and administer reporting requirements and support career growth. Manage staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster teamwork across shifts. Deliver HST training, supervise daily operations, and coach staff in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Work with the Operations Manager to create career path opportunities. Lead training on ASSET360 policies, procedures, and best practices, including the use of inCare. Assist with daily tasks such as patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in team building and development of ASSET360 FTEs.
• Collaborate with HQC to maintain high equipment functionality standards.
• Oversee equipment flow, redirecting and allocating resources as needed.
• Maintain necessary inventory, equipment productivity, supplies, and support structures for an effective Asset Management Program.
• Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement; implement appropriate actions.
• Understand and facilitate the existing contract between the company and the customer.
• Supervise HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Establish and administer reporting requirements and support career development.
• Manage staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cooperation among shifts.
• Deliver and educate staff on the HST training manual.
• Provide ongoing supervision of HST personnel in daily ASSET360 operations.
• Coach staff in problem-solving, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
• Work with the Operations Manager to develop career path opportunities for FTEs.
• Lead training on ASSET360 policies, procedures, best practices, and inCare usage.
• Assist with daily tasks such as patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience.

Pay

$22.62 - $35.73 per hour. This range represents the low and high ends of the pay scale for this position and may vary based on geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and other factors. Short-term and/or long-term incentives may be provided depending on the position.
