Hospital Medicine Physician - Nocturnist

About the role

We are seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join a physician-owned partnership dedicated to patient-centered care with autonomy and local control.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hospital medicine care in a 185-bed facility with onsite labs and imaging.
• Manage an annual volume of approximately 12,000 patients, with an average of 20 admits per day.
• Collaborate with subspecialty backup including cardiology, infectious disease, and more, without mandatory procedures unless desired.
• Support community health and participate in academic settings with current residents preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current VA state license is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to team collaboration and patient care excellence.
