Hospital Medicine Physician - Nocturnist

About the role

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine physicians for a nocturnist role in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing inpatient care during overnight shifts at multiple facilities.
• Managing a diverse patient population with an average of 8–10 encounters per night.
• Collaborating with ICU teams; no procedures or vent management required.
• Rotating between different hospital sites, including facilities with extensive inpatient volumes and specialized units.

Qualifications

• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
