Hospital Medicine Physician - Nocturnist

About the Role

Hospital Medicine Physicians provide patient care at a 266-bed Level II Trauma Center, with support from scribe services and optional procedures. The position offers autonomy, local control, and the opportunity to work within a physician-owned partnership that emphasizes shared purpose and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient medical care for a diverse patient population.
• Manage approximately 12 admissions per day and 10 at night in a closed ICU setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and utilize available support services.
• Participate in community health initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Certified in Hospital Medicine.
• Current CA license preferred; visa candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
