Hospital Manager II

Responsibilities

• The recruitment, interviewing, hiring, reviewing, disciplining and terminating of employees.
• Establishment of work schedules and the ability to monitor daily flow of the hospital to ensure smooth operation and consistency.
• The ability to mediate interpersonal disputes and reinforce the team culture of the practice.
• Positively represent the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.
• Identifying and addressing issues with the veterinary software with a strong IT foundation to support improved efficiency.

Qualifications

• A CVPM certification or equivalent experience.
• Experienced, enthusiastic, and committed to the veterinary field.
• Motivated to develop strategies and promote a high level of care and growth within the hospital.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to make decisions, delegate responsibility and achieve results.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and deal with changing priorities.

Schedule

Salary position between $70,000 - $90,000 dependent on experience.
