Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Participate in shift handovers and report patient status.

Requirements

• MN LPN license required.

Bonus

A $7500 sign-on bonus is offered to qualifying applicants, paid incrementally upon successful completion of six-month, 12-month and 24-month work anniversaries.
