RN LPN Full Time $7500 Sign on Bonus
Additional offerings: $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, $4,000 sign-on bonus for part-time. 1st shift: every other weekend. 8-hour shifts with extra weekend and hero pay (+$2 weekend differential + $3.40/hour hero pay).

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct resident care in alignment with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy and compassion
- Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality care
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Medication Administration and IV certification
- Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
- Reliable, team-focused, and a positive communicator
- Passionate about improving the lives of others
