Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as needed
- Support and supervise nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
- Ensure resident safety, dignity, and overall well‑being
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Understanding of state rules and regulations

Pay
$7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time position; Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay.
Schedule
Full Time: 3rd Shift; Weekends Only: 1st Shift; 12 Hour Shifts.
