Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a hospital, behavioral health, or healthcare setting.
- Experience managing budgets, operations, and organizational growth.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations and performance of the hospital.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support growth and patient care goals.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and organizational resources.
- Build and lead executive teams while maintaining relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners.
