Hospital Billing Project Manager, Hybrid, Baptist Metro Square

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to RC needs specific to inventory resolution
• Build, develop, collaborate, and lead projects to maximize claims resolution, improve efficiencies, and provide purpose and direction to solve a problem and work toward payment of outstanding accounts receivable
• Develop standard operations, educational material, and serve as a liaison between the HB and internal/external partners or departments
• Facilitate special operations that require unique attention and provide solutions
• Maintain resources, documentation, records, and a tracking system for operations
• Work closely with team members to understand system functions and interrelationship dependencies to ensure the fidelity of data and establish change control processes
• Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of the system applications and HB workflows
• Have experience in collaborating with health plans and vendor partners
