Responsibilities
- Processes payroll on all hospital personnel.
- Manages invoices, check requests, expense reports and others as they relate to the position.
- Assists the Controller as directed.
- Performs analytical review of hospital.
- Maintains daily reports for facility and report information to Corporate as requested.
- Uses computerized spreadsheets to conduct financial analysis.
- Reports questionable situations or behavior through the appropriate channels.
- Completes special projects and other duties as requested to support needs of organization
- Organizes, plans, and manages time effectively to complete assignments.
Qualifications
- Four year degree in accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of work experience in a healthcare accounting environment.
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll functions.
Machines, Equipment Used
- General office equipment such as computer/laptop, telephone, copy/fax machine, calculator, scanner, etc.
- Microsoft Office software, to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
