About the role

Heartstrings Pet Hospice provides gentle hospice and in-home euthanasia care to families in the comfort of their homes, where pets feel safest. We are seeking a Compassionate Veterinarian who wants to practice medicine that matters, without the pace and pressure of a traditional clinic. In this role you will sit on living room floors, answer difficult questions with kindness, and help families say goodbye with dignity and peace. You will practice independently on the road while never being alone—our team invests in your training, growth, and well‑being from day one. Care is delivered at the pace it deserves, with just a few appointments a day, no double‑booking, and no rushing goodbyes. You will have the freedom to build a schedule around your life (2‑5 days per week, self‑managed) and serve the Baltimore
