Hospice Specialist Business Development

About the role

Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Friday, occasional evenings and weekends. Day Shift. Field Based Position - Covering Kissimmee and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections with individuals and organizations that influence referrals to hospice care.
• Consultative Sales: Develops a clear understanding of the referral source's needs and provides tailored solutions, utilizing appropriate marketing collateral or educational materials.
• Data Management: Accurately document daily sales calls, referral source contact information, territory updates, and communications in electronic database systems; submit required reports to management.
• Budget: Submit expense reports timely and in accordance with company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing and typing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements.
• Knowledge (intermediate to advanced) of the sales process.
• Knowledge of intermediate to advanced application of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as internet software.
• Knowledge of patient database system.
• Knowledge of telephone protocol.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, healthcare, or related field (Preferred).

Work Experience

• 2+ years marketing experience (Required).
• Healthcare and/or hospice experience (Preferred).

Licenses and Certifications

• Driver's License (Required).
• Auto Insurance (Required).

Pay

$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
