About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN plans, organizes, and directs hospice care services, with an emphasis on community health education and experience. The professional nurse builds from community resources to plan and direct services that meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Utilize community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes and communities.

Requirements

• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN).
• Previous hospice or long-term care experience preferred.
