Hospice Registered Nurse - 2nd Shift

About the role

Looking for a 2nd Shift RN to provide care to patients and offer their loved ones much needed support. This position is Monday - Friday, no weekends or On-Call coverage required. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Perform patient assessments and evaluate health status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and support resources available

Qualifications

• Valid RN License
• Proficient in patient care and assessment
• Knowledge of EHR systems
• Experience in home care settings, with a focus on hospice care
