Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician

Position: Medical Director in Hospice & Palliative Care Responsibilities: Oversee hospice and palliative care services, including an in-patient unit with a patient volume of up to 24. Manage clinical operations, provide medical leadership, and ensure quality patient care. Call duties are minimal, approximately one weekend per month. Collaborate with healthcare teams and support patient-centered approaches. Qualifications & Skills: Medical degree with board certification in relevant specialties, with experience in hospice or palliative care preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is required.
