As a Hospice Nurse, you’ll be delivering person-centered care to patients in their time of need. Responsibilities
- Triage calls for AgeRight Hospice after hours and on weekends and perform patient visits as needed
- Provide education to patients and families about end-of-life care
- Perform end-of-life care and support to families
- Perform weekend admissions as needed
Requirements
- Be a licensed RN in good standing in the State of Oregon
- Experience working in Hospice required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Dependable transportation
