We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about 3HC, why choose, summary, qualification requirements, essential functions (list of duties). No explicit Pay, Schedule, Benefits sections. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (qualification requirements). Possibly also Skills? But we can combine. Must not create sections with filler. Use

for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO statement, navigation, etc. The EEO statement at end should be removed. Also remove duplicated lines? There's some duplication like "Collaborates with supervisor to meet assigned productivity standard." appears multiple times; we should keep but maybe deduplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't say to deduplicate, but we can keep as is; duplicates are substantive but maybe we can keep them; but better to keep as they appear? Might be okay to keep duplicates. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions. The EEO line should be removed. Also maybe the line "3HC is an equal opportunity employer..." should be removed. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have About the role (intro about 3HC and why choose). Could be "About the role" or "About 3HC". The instruction: use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use About the role for the introductory paragraph about 3HC and why choose. Then Responsibilities for essential functions. Then Requirements for qualification requirements. Possibly also Skills? But we can keep just those three. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "Hospice Nurse, RN". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Now craft HTML. First, About the role: combine the intro paragraphs: "3HC Home Health and Hospice Hospice Nurse, RN Full-time Compassionate Care is our Calling! Why choose 3HC: 3HC has provided compassionate care to North Carolinians since 1981. We strive to ensure our patients enjoy life’s journey, recover quickly, and live comfortably. Then Summary: "The Hospice Nurse, RN is responsible for the coordination of all Hospice services in counties assigned in accordance with the Hospice philosophy, Agency goals, objectives, and policies." We could combine that into About the role. Now Requirements: list bullet points from Qualification Requirements. List: - Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice nursing in the state of North Carolina - Minimum of one-year experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting preferred - Evidence of leadership qualities - Previous experience working with terminally ill patients preferred - Ability to understand and communicate well with patients, family, staff, physicians, and the public - Maintain current CPR certification (BCLS) - Must be dependable and capable of dealing pleasantly and tactfully with patients, family, staff, providers, and the public - Must be competent to perform delegated tasks to facilitate positive patient outcomes as indicated in the patient's individualized plan of care - Possess valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Now Responsibilities: list essential functions (many). We'll need to capture each bullet point as

  • . The essential functions list is long with subpoints (a)-(j) etc. We'll need to flatten into list items preserving detail. We can create list items for each main essential function (a)-(j) and subpoints maybe as separate items? The instruction: use
