Hospice LPN On-Call 7 on 7 off

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients
• Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision
• Document all nursing services provided
• Offer education, comfort, and support to patients and caregivers at the end of life

Requirements

• Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing
• At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred)
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills

Pay

Salary Range: $50,000 to $54,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule

Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
