Hospice LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to enhance their health and well-being.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain care quality by ensuring services are delivered with attention to quality and appropriateness.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is USD $42.00 to USD $50.00 per hour.
