Hospice Liaison – Barrington, IL JourneyCare Hospice Serenity Hospice is seeking a driven, high-impact Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Barrington, IL. We’re looking for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing who knows how to build relationships and generate referrals. In this role, you will take ownership of your territory, developing strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning JourneyCare Hospice as the provider of choice. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on accountability, visibility, and winning new business. Location: In the assigned market (Barrington, IL and surrounding).
