Compensation Spotlight: This role offers a competitive pay range of $90,000 to $140,000 annually, including commission - because stars deserve to shine and be rewarded.

As our Community Relations Star, you'll scout new business territories, forge key alliances, and direct a stellar sales and marketing strategy to illuminate our world-class hospice services in the community.

Your Star Qualities

• College degree in business, marketing, or nursing is a plus
• Previous Healthcare Experience Is Required
• Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with impressive follow-through
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software
