Hospice Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled end-of-life nursing care in patients' homes and facilities
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and update care plans
• Deliver symptom management and emotional support under RN supervision
• Educate families on comfort measures and hospice services

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within the service area

Key Duties
