Hospice Field CNA (Float) - PRN

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to our patients across central Palm Beach County. Schedule

You will work the following schedule: Per diem 8am - 4:30pm with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Requires the ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance, and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
