Hospice Field CNA - PRN

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to patients across Palm Beach County. Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community‑based settings
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Six months’ experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Ability to drive, with a reliable car, good driving record, automobile insurance, and basic knowledge of the county territory
• Ability to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
• Maintain good personal hygiene and a neat, clean appearance
