$110,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities
- Overall organizational and financial management of the care center, directing operations and functions according to approved policies, procedures, and standards
- Enhances business development and continuous improvement of care center efficiency and fiscal success
- Supervises clinical manager(s) to ensure delivery of quality care to patients
- Provides input, guidance, and feedback related to marketing activities and care center marketing plan to meet growth goals
- Coaches, directs, and encourages staff
- Implements a performance improvement program to drive quality care, positive patient outcomes, and address negative trends
- Ensures issues and deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected
- Remains available to the care center at all times, in person or by phone
- Responsible for employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or status changes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business or clinical related field
- Two years of hospice experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, or two years of leadership/management experience in healthcare or hospice
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional specific to the state of assignment
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical related field and a licensed clinical professional.
