Pay

$110,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Overall organizational and financial management of the care center, directing operations and functions according to approved policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Enhance business development and continuous improvement of care center efficiency and fiscal success.
  • Supervise clinical manager(s) to ensure delivery of quality care to patients.
  • Provide input, guidance, and feedback on marketing activities and care center marketing plans to meet growth goals.
  • Coach, direct, and encourage staff.
  • Implement a performance improvement program to drive quality care, positive patient outcomes, and address negative trends.
  • Address and correct issues and deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits.
  • Remain available to the care center at all times, in person or by phone.
  • Make employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or status changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or a clinical-related field.
  • Two years of hospice experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, or two years of leadership/management experience in healthcare or hospice.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or a clinical-related field and licensed clinical professional.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional specific to the state of assignment.
