Pay

Attractive pay starting at $110,000.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall organizational and financial management of the care center, and direction of care center operations and functions according to approved policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ensures the enhancement of business development and continuous improvement of care center efficiency and fiscal success
  • Provides supervision to the clinical manager(s) who ensure the delivery of quality care to patients
  • Provides input, guidance, and feedback related to marketing activities and care center marketing plan to ensure goals for growth are met
  • Coaches, directs, and encourages staff
  • Ensures implementation of a performance improvement program to drive quality care, positive patient outcomes, and address negative trends
  • Ensures issues and deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected
  • Remains available to the care center at all times, in person or by phone
  • Responsible for employment decisions for direct report staff, including decisions to hire, fire, advance, promote, or change status
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business or clinical related field
  • Two years hospice experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, or two years experience in leadership/management in healthcare or hospice

Skills

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical related field and licensed clinical professional
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or other healthcare professional specific to the state you are assigned to work
