Hospice Community Liaison

Essential job functions & responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Territory is San Diego - North County
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Aid in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets
• Exhibit extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice
• Show ability to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationships
• Show good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Work independently
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Pay

Competitive Pay (salary range $85,000 - $100,000)
