Spiritual Support
Provides spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families receiving care in home or facility settings.
Responsibilities
- Addresses spiritual needs of patients and families
- Offers compassionate guidance
- Participates in interdisciplinary care planning
Requirements
- Chaplaincy training or equivalent experience
- Active driver’s license
- Passes a criminal background check
- Passes a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Qualifications
- Hospice experience preferred
