About the role

The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families receiving care in home or facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spiritual assessments
• Provide spiritual counseling and support
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Support patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements

• Chaplaincy training or equivalent experience required
• Hospice experience preferred
• Active driver’s license
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Qualifications

Schedule

Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Participation in an on-call rotation may be required; additional compensation is provided.
