Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Three Oaks Hospice and our sister companies. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class care to patients and families through a unified network of hospice and palliative care providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence
• Absorb and communicate patient and family needs and concerns to the supervisor
• Work cooperatively with patient and family to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Follow established policies and procedures for infection control and safety
• Document observations and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry
• State Licensure program that meets requirements
• CNA license
• Current driver’s license
• One year experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility
• Reliable transportation
• Valid and current auto liability insurance

Qualifications

• Preferred Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry
• State Licensure program that meets requirements

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
