Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new markets
- Represent Moments Hospice in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Manage and close referrals, providing comprehensive end-of-life care consultation services
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure patient and family needs are met
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting hospice care
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or hospice sales, or a relevant background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
- Passion for hospice care and a commitment to excellence
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (healthcare, business, etc.) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or hospice sales, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of hospice care and end-of-life care principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
