Essential job functions & responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
- Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
- Aid in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets
- Exhibit extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice
- Market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships
- Show good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
- Work independently
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
