Hospice Billing and Revenue Cycle Specialist

About the Role

Advanced RevCycle (ARC) is seeking an outgoing, proactive candidate with proficient knowledge of all areas of the revenue cycle as it pertains to Hospice. This is a fully remote full-time salaried position with an established company providing revenue cycle services to agencies throughout the US.

Responsibilities

• Daily engagement with clients and other team members
• Work in various areas of the revenue cycle, including billing, posting payments, and handling appeals and redeterminations for commercial and Medicaid payors
• Ensure compliance with CMS rules and regulations related to billing and reimbursement

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience within the Hospice field (required)
• Proficient in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial billing and payment rules
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Suite products
• Comfortable with technology, including working within the Cloud, Zoom, and various payor portals
• US-based and eligible to work within the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Multistate and multi-EMR experience
