Hospice Aide

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Aid with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care.
• Recognize and report any abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to establish and carry out the plan of care.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes.
• Reliable transportation with proof of valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
