Hospice Account Executive - Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Generate hospice referrals and grow market share throughout your assigned territory
• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, senior living providers, and healthcare professionals
• Execute strategic healthcare sales and business development initiatives
• Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and services
• Build and maintain a strong referral network and book of business
• Identify new business opportunities and partnership growth strategies
• Represent Geiss Med Hospice at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach activities

Preferred Background

• Existing referral relationships and healthcare network
• Proven success growing a territory and generating referrals
• Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, and healthcare systems
• A passion for helping patients and families access quality end-of-life care

Pay Range for Posted Region

$110,000 - $120,000 USD
