Key Responsibilities

• Generate hospice referrals and grow market share throughout your assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, senior living providers, and healthcare professionals.
• Execute strategic healthcare sales and business development initiatives.
• Education referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and services.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network and book of business.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnership growth strategies.
• Represent Geiss Med Hospice at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach activities.

Preferred Background

• Existing referral relationships and healthcare network.
• Proven success growing a territory and generating referrals.
• Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, and healthcare systems.
• A passion for helping patients and families access quality end-of-life care.

Pay Range for Posted Region

Pay Range for Posted Region: $110,000 USD - $120,000 USD
