Looking for an experienced Honda Automotive Technician. Job Duties Include Address the customer's primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain Fixed First Visit expectations and perform the work on each vehicle with efficiency in accordance with dealership, state and factory standardsPerform Multi Point Inspection on every vehicleCommunicate with Service Advisor regarding each vehicleMaster our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack) , Pencilwrench, Mykaarma, and Paychex for time keeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes and communicationKeep your workspace organized and account for all dealership-owned toolsAssigned factory-sponsored training classesMaintain knowledge of all factory technical bulletinsLeave no trace in a customer's car by keeping it cleanOther duties as assigned The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and levels of the work performed by employees, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
