Honda Technician

About the role

Lithia & Driveway is seeking Class B and C level automotive technicians with Honda brand experience. ASE and manufacturer certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Qualifications

• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service

Skills

• Class B and/or C level technicians with Honda Brand Experience preferred

Pay

Flat rate range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per flat rate hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
