The Role
The service department is busy, focusing on recruiting skilled technicians who can diagnose, identify, communicate, and repair vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, identify, and repair vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Perform quality, ethical multi-point inspections on every vehicle
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet manufacturer standards
- Work on all makes and models with versatility and knowledge
- Have previous Honda or Import Brand experience
- Have Honda factory training and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications
- Have a proven track record of team work, great attitude, and a high 'Fixed Right, First Visit' rating
